From 13.00 to 15.00, various soups, tasty salads, regional bread and regional farmer’s butter are available, along with small dishes and desserts, as culinary replenishment after a skiing or hiking day or between two sauna visits. 
From 14.00 to 16.00 there is a cake buffet and our tea bar. 

The evening Slow Food menu at the Eschenhof gourmet hotel is dedicated to conjuring Carinthian specialities onto your plate. 5 courses not only mean culinary delights but also time for yourself, your partner, your family. This 5-course Alpine Slowness menu from the Green Toque cuisine can be enjoyed from 18.00 to 20.00. 

A separate children’s menu makes kids happy, often dashing off to the childminding afterwards while the parents can enjoy in peace…
