Our Floor Staff
Gerti
As a „room-fairy“ Gerti has been working for us for many years and is therefore well remembered by many of our guests!
Heidi
Our housemaid in the country house Mauerwirt. The tiny, quick „redhead“ has been supporting our Eschenhof floor team for some years now.
Beata
Beata comes from Hungary. Since summer 2011 she´s part of our floor staff.
Kadira
She is the wife from Niko our cassarollier. She is already several years member of the big Eschenhof-family.
Kathleen
Kathleen as chambermaid is responsible for the appartements Mauerwirt.
Miki
He is from Bosnia and is really our „tutto fare“. Since he´s been with us for such a long time, you can find him wherever he is needed; in the kitchen with Head Chef Bernhard, with the chambermaids and of-course all around the house.
Wolfgang
The man for all emergencies is here for us during summer on lease from the Maibrunnhütte at Eschenhof and Mauerwirt. He is a master of all the equipment quirks in our guest quarters and is also responsible for all the vehicles.
Sandor
Since Winter 2011/12 Sandor is part of the Eschenhof Facilty Management.
Our Kitchen Staff
Bernhard
His apprenticeship at the lake Millstätter See and Katschberg was followed by some employments in Carinthia and Salzburg. Since July 2011 he´s managing attentively and capably the Eschenhof kitchen staff.
Andreas
He has been supporting our team since Summer 2010. His way to work with regional products is careful and sensitive. He comes from Radenthein, the neigbour-village from Bad Kleinkirchheim. So he knows very well the culinaric specialities of our area.
Fabian
He is from Bad Kleinkirchheim and lives just around the corner. He wants to learn to be a chef and his hobby is soccer (succesful Goal Keeper in the youth team FC Bad Kleinkirchheim).
Luciano
As apprentice he supports our team in kitchen. Football is his passion.
Willibald
Since Winter 2011/12 part of the Eschenhof-kitchen Team.
Andrea
Since this winter Andrea works in the Eschenhof kitchen. She´s responsible for the breakfast.
Our Reception Staff
Sylvana
Her home-village is just behind the mountain in Afritz. So she is a real representativ of the hospitality of our area. She likes singing, so she soon found her place in the Eschenhof-team.
Chiara
Chiara comes from Italy. Since autumn 2011 she´s an important part of our reception team.
Christina
Christina was part of the service team for one year. Now she actively supports Sylvana and Chiara in the Eschenhof-Reception. .
Unser Service-Team
Petra
She is from Osttirol and has been managing our hotel restaurant and her team successfully for over 10 years. She is also responsible for our apprentices and together we have been awarded with the prize „Fit for future“ in the categorie „up to 20 employees“. Cocktails and Austrian wines are her specialty.
Annika
She is from Eisenkappl and finished her apprenticeship here in July. Since the last Summer she supports our restaurant manager, Petra Mandler, as Chef de rang.
Daniela
Daniela is from Pusarnitz (District Spittal/Drau). Last year she passed with honors her apprenticeship. In 2010 she was priced with the gold medal at the carinthian trainee-competition
Florian
He is from Lendorf /Spittal. Florian is our integration apprentice and puts all his heart and enthusiasm into the job. „Schuhplatteln“ is his biggest hobby.
Manuel
He is our new trainee in the service team. The first difficult weeks of starting his apprenticeship he mastered very well. He comes from Klagenfurt.
Manuel
Manuel is apprentice, always lively and friendly. After finishing his apprenticeship he wants to discover the big, wide world.
Jessica
Jessica started in Autumn 2011 her apprenticeship at the Eschenhof.
Our Spa Staff
Barbara
She has been working for and with us for 17 years already. She is the manager of our Wellness department and has built it up very successfully. We have been able to win over the lady born in Lower Austria with our Carinthian charm. She is a trained Biodynamic Trainer and has a good hand for all types of pains!
Sandra
Sandra comes from Seeboden. Since summer 2011 she pampers our guests, not only with cosmetic treatments and massages, she is also our pedicure expert.
Eva
The native Bad Kleinkirchheim girl whose heart belongs to children. Since Nature is her hobby, she would really like to pass her knowledge on to our guests and their children – so a family hike with her is always a special nature experience.
